John O. Reagan is the founder and co-owner of Prime Payroll Relief, Inc. with over 40 years of experience in the management and operations of the payroll bureau. John is an integral part of building and maintaining the platform from which Prime Payroll Relief functions. He is passionate about preserving solid relationships with their software and banking partners, as well as the development of new payroll clients. In additional, John oversees the website development, marketing, and recruitment of the professional staff.
John is responsible for the administration and implementation of all compliance policies and procedures.

Heather L. Weeks is a co-owner of Prime Payroll Relief, Inc. with over 25 years of payroll processing and tax compliance experience. Heather’s expertise and knowledge of the field allows her to offer excellent guidance to the business industry, including corporations, partnerships, LLC’s, sole proprietors and non-profit organizations. Her clients include professional practices such as physicians, attorneys, and veterinarians, as well as manufacturers and clients in the hospitality industry.
Heather is responsible for all payroll bureau tax compliance with State and Government agencies.
